We are sorry for not able to delight you, as you chose to Return/Exchange or cancel the order.  In any case - our enthusiast team will try to make the experience as smooth as possible.

Decors & Furniture

We offer a 7-Day Return Policy for all products. Returns are accepted only for the following reasons:

  • Damaged Product

  • Dead on Arrival

  • Manufacturing Defect

  • Incomplete Product

  • Incorrect Product

  • Expired Product

You may choose to cancel one or more items in your order before it is shipped, by sending an email to [email protected] within 7 days from the order confirmation date.

A cancellation fee of 2.5% will be levied on the total paid amount at the time of processing refund for the submitted request.

We offer a 7-Day Return Policy for all products. Returns are accepted only for the following reasons:

Self Return Process -

We are growing day by day - to minimize the operational cost, to provide best in class fashion to our little ones - we are forgoing lower priority items and thus - we are not supporting Reverse Pick for Returns - We hope to have this feature soon. Please follow the below steps to complete the Return Process -

  1. Please send an email to [email protected] mentioning RETURNS - Order ID in the Subject line within 7 days of purchase to be eligible for Returns/Exchange and initiate the process

  2. Send the packet through a local courier to the below address.

  3. Reply back on Return Process Email with the AWB number, Shipping company name and scanned receipt.

  4. Quality Check - The returned items undergoes a detailed quality checks - refunds are processed post successful completion of Quality Checks.

  5. Status Emails shall be sent once the returns are approved by the Quality Team.

What is Our Transparent Exchange Policy ?

  1. All are items runs under Limited Edition Production and generally we run over stocks very soon :( , Exchange are processed once the Returned Item have cleared Quality Check and availability item in the same Design.

  1. In case sizes are NOT available - you have below  options

    1. To claim for Refund of Amount

    2. Purchase an alternate design - Steps shall be explained over the email if we are opting for Purchase an alternate Design.


How shall I get my refunds?

  1. Post successful completion of quality steps - purchased amount shall be refunded to the original mode of payment - The overall return process shall be complete within 7 business days after the product has been received by us.

    • For payments made through any of the wallet gateways like Paytm, MobiKwik etc., the amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment.
  1. Shipping charges (For Exchange of Product Shipping will be charged, please refer Shipping Policy for Details ) In case of self return, we will reimburse the return shipping charges upto 10% of the product price or Rs.100, whichever is lower. For doing so, please send the scanned copy of the receipt in the Return Request Email.
